Bosch Power Tools is the leading supplier of portable electric power tools and accessories, committed to high standards of quality, technical innovation and after-sales services. Now, it has 5 product segments: portable power tools, benchtop, measuring tools, lawn and garden and accessories.

Bosch Power Tools (China) Co., Ltd., formerly named Hangzhou Bosch Power Tools Co., Ltd., was established in 1995 and located in Hangzhou. At that time, is was a joint venture between Bosch, Hangzhou Turbine & Power Group Co., Ltd and C. Melchers GmbH (Bremen), the local sales partner. In 2003, Bosch took over the shares from the joint venture partner, Hangzhou Turbine & Power and became a wholly foreign invested enterprise. The company was renamed in December 2003 to Bosch Power Tools (China) Co., Ltd. and moved to the Hangzhou High Technology Development Zone. The move to the new facility provided adequate capability for a significant increase in production volume. In January 2006, the company established its own sales, marketing and after service team in mainland China.

Bosch Power Tools (China) Co., Ltd. now occupies 140,000 square meters, which includes Bosch, Skil and Accessories manufacturing, and Bosch Power Tools China Sales & Marketing Center, Asia Pacific R&D Center, Asia Pacific Logistic Center, Asia Pacific Product Training Center, and the Global Purchasing and Quality Offices. Now, the company has more than 3800 employees in Hangzhou and become the important power tools location within Bosch worldwide.

In China, we offer full range of products including rotary hammer, impact drill, jigsaw, demolition hammer, grinder, planer and sander and measuring tools, serving the concrete, woodworking and metal working industries. Innovative Li-ion cordless tools are also available and suitable for use by furniture manufacturers, renovation professionals and Do-It-Yourselfers. In addition over 1,000 different types of Bosch accessories are sold in China. Bosch has its own service center in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang and Wuhan as well as a nation-wide service network to meet our customers' needs.
